In a rare move, a Texas military veteran who was deported years ago was allowed back home. Now he’s a U.S. citizen.

Frank De La Cruz went to war with the U.S. Navy and came home with a drinking problem. Then he was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and the government kicked him out of the country.
